Crispy Chocolate-Marshmallow treats

9 T. butter

large bag of mini marshmallows (16oz.)

1/4 C. + 1/8 C. unsweetened cocoa

8 1/2 C. crisp rice cereal

1 C. semisweet choc. chips (for topping)

Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

In a large saucepan, combine butter, marshmallows, and cocoa.  Cook over medium, stirring frequently, until melted.  Stir in rice cereal.  Press rice mixture into prepared pan;

Drizzle or spread rice mixture with melted choc. chips. Let cool to room temperature.
